Cancellation & Refund Policy
All our day tours are shared group tours on fixed dates. Refunds depend on when you cancel, counted from the departure date (Japan time):
- More than 7 days before departure: full refund
- 3–7 days before departure: 50% refund
- Less than 3 days before departure, including the day of the tour: no refund
- Late arrival or no-show: treated as a voluntary cancellation, no refund
- Deposits are non-refundable. If you booked with a deposit, the deposit is not refunded in any case. The refund rates above apply to bookings paid in full online.
- If we cancel a tour (for example due to weather or road closures), you receive a full refund, including any deposit.
- Refunds are made to your original payment method. How long it takes depends on your bank or payment provider.

取消与退款政策
本站一日游均为固定日期拼团出发，退款按取消时间计算，以出发日期（日本时间）为准：
- 出发前超过 7 天取消：全额退款
- 出发前 3–7 天取消：退还 50%
- 出发前不足 3 天（含出发当天）取消：不予退款
- 迟到或未到集合点：视为自愿放弃，不予退款
- 定金不可退：选择定金方式预订的，已支付的定金在任何情况下均不退还。上述退款比例适用于在线全额支付的订单。
- 因天气、交通管制等原因由我方取消行程时：全额退款（含定金）。
- 退款将原路退回至原付款方式，到账时间以银行或支付机构为准。

キャンセル・返金ポリシー
当サイトの日帰りツアーはすべて催行日固定の混載ツアーです。返金額はキャンセルのタイミングにより、出発日（日本時間）を基準に以下のとおりとなります。
- 出発日の8日前までのキャンセル：全額返金
- 出発日の3〜7日前のキャンセル：50%返金
- 出発日の2日前から当日までのキャンセル：返金不可
- 遅刻・不参加：お客様都合のキャンセルとして返金不可
- 内金は返金不可：内金でご予約の場合、お支払い済みの内金はいかなる場合も返金いたしません。上記の返金率はオンラインで全額お支払いのご予約に適用されます。
- 天候・交通規制等により当社がツアーを中止した場合：全額（内金を含む）返金いたします。
- 返金は元のお支払い方法に行います。着金までの期間は銀行・決済会社により異なります。
