• 商品价格以外的必要费用：行程耗时 10 小时，因客户原因造成超时的，需支付超时费用（具体金额由现场工作人员确认）；除此之外无其他必要费用。
• 付款方式：信用卡（Visa / Mastercard / JCB / American Express）、PayPal。各线路均支持两种方式：①在线支付全款；②在线支付定金 ¥1,000 / 人锁位，余款在集合当天以现金或 PayPal 支付（现场不支持刷卡）。定金按出行人数计算，几位出行即支付几份定金。
• 付款时间：全款预订于预订确认时即时扣款；定金预订的定金于预订确认时即时扣款，余款于集合当天现场支付。
• 服务提供时间：按预订所选的出发日期提供服务。
• 退改政策：出发前超过 7 天取消全额退款；出发前 3–7 天取消退还 50%；出发前不足 3 天（含当天）取消不予退款；迟到、未到视为自动放弃，不予退款。已支付的定金不可退。因主办方原因取消时全额退款（含定金）。详见「退款政策」及各线路页“预订说明”。

• 商品代金以外の必要料金：行程の所要時間は10時間です。お客様都合による時間超過の場合は超過料金（金額は現地スタッフが確認）をお支払いいただきます。その他の必要料金はありません。
• 支払方法：クレジットカード（Visa / Mastercard / JCB / American Express）、PayPal。全ツアーで①全額オンライン決済、②内金（お一人様 ¥1,000）をオンラインで決済し残金を集合当日に現地で現金またはPayPalでお支払い（現地でのカード決済は不可）の2通りからお選びいただけます。内金は参加人数分（お一人様1口）必要です。
• 支払時期：全額払いはご予約確定時に決済。内金払いの場合、内金はご予約確定時に決済し、残金は集合当日に現地でお支払い。
• サービス提供時期：ご予約いただいた出発日
• キャンセル・返品：出発日の8日前までのキャンセルは全額返金、3〜7日前は50%返金、2日前から当日までは返金不可。遅刻・不参加は返金不可。お支払い済みの内金は返金不可。主催者都合の中止は全額（内金を含む）返金。詳細は「返金ポリシー」および各ツアーページの「予約に関する注意事項」をご覧ください。

Other required fees: Each tour lasts about 10 hours. If the tour runs over time because of the customer, an overtime fee applies; the amount is confirmed by our on-site staff. There are no other required fees.

Payment methods: Credit card (Visa / Mastercard / JCB / American Express) and PayPal. Every tour offers two ways to pay: (1) pay in full online; or (2) pay a deposit of ¥1,000 per person online to reserve your place, and pay the balance on the meeting day in cash or by PayPal (cards are not accepted on site). One deposit is required for each traveller.

Payment timing: Full payments are charged when the booking is confirmed. For deposit bookings, the deposit is charged when the booking is confirmed and the balance is paid on site on the meeting day.

Service date: The departure date you select when booking.

Cancellations and refunds: Our tours run on fixed departures. Once the departure date is confirmed, bookings are generally non-refundable, and deposits are non-refundable. Arriving late or not showing up counts as a voluntary cancellation. If we cancel a tour, you will receive a full refund, including any deposit. See "Booking notes" on each tour page for details.
