Please message us to confirm your itinerary and quote before you pay. If you pay a deposit without confirming with us first, we can't guarantee the service.

Service

Good to know

  1. A quote comes first: message us your dates, group size and route or flight, we'll quote by vehicle and hours, and you pay the deposit once it's confirmed.
  2. The deposit is ¥1,000 per booking. Pay the rest of your quote on the day, in cash or PayPal (no cards on the day).
  3. Deposits are non-refundable. If we cancel (for example due to weather or road closures), you get a full refund, deposit included. Refund policy
  4. You'll get a confirmation email. When you arrive in Japan, add us on LINE (it's also our local phone) so we can reach you on the day.
